We save you time and resources!

Efficient list management, approval, and information sharing, even on the construction site!

PlanDoc.Site is a modular service that integrates with the PlanDoc system to channel critical site-generated data into workflows, streamlining approvals and list creation.

Using PlanDoc.Site saves time and energy on construction sites by enabling:

Stay productive anywhere — our modules work offline and adapt to any site conditions.

PlanDoc.Site modules

Punch module

Streamlines defect management on-site using a mobile phone or tablet. Users can log issues directly on the plan, assign corrective tasks with one click, and track repairs in real time.

It helps identify which department is affected, the urgency and impact of the defect, and who is responsible for resolution. Tasks can be delegated easily, and users can generate reports or filter defects by department, building, or subcontractor.

Users include: investors, technical inspectors, general contractors, subcontractors, operators, and quality inspectors.

Workspace module

An application that supports construction manager-level organizational tasks, which visually displays subcontractors’ work areas, helps with planning and facilitates the administration of work area handover. It is recommended for general contracting companies, especially in the case of larger investments, when the work of several subcontractor groups needs to be coordinated using floor plan representation and database management, as we can designate the exclusive/non-exclusive work area and the subcontractor(s) working in the area on the floor plan itself. Moreover, we can set the start and end of the work, thus the start and end point of the work area handover.

Userss include: main contractors, general contractors, contractors

On-site fine module

The module can be used to document violations of occupational health and safety and waste management regulations, unprofessional disposal, material storage and handling, and to report incorrect and expected subcontractor behavior, and even sanction them.

Users include: main contractors, general contractors, contractors

Covering works module

Supports the administration and approval of cover permits during construction. It ensures fast, traceable documentation for works like suspended ceilings, plasterboard, earthworks, and concreting.

Contractors can submit permit requests directly to general contractors or technical inspectors, who can approve, reject, or comment with photos — all within the system.

Users include: technical inspectors, general contractors, and contractors

Equipment module

When operating buildings, it records the properties, responsibilities, and maintenance needs of individual equipment with floor plan markers. It uses QR codes to create a connection between the equipment data file and its documentation stored in PlanDoc. In the case of a well-structured database, it can also be used as a CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management).

Users include: investors, main contractors, general contractors, operators

Warranty module (CAFM)

It migrates the open and closed defect tickets of the Defects module used during construction, helping the Operator’s work by creating a warranty ticket. Its roles therefore differ from the Defects module.

Users include: operators, investors

Condition assessment module

Our Condition Assessment module enables detailed documentation of construction progress using photos mapped directly to site or floor plans — making it a valuable attachment for completion certificates.

It’s especially effective for:

  • Before-and-after documentation during restoration projects
  • Preliminary surveys for future renovations, expansions, or transformations
  • Urban and city center projects, where pre-construction conditions of neighboring buildings must be recorded

Using a mobile device, users can capture geo-tagged images with photo direction indicators, creating verifiable records. These can be attached to meeting minutes and shared with property owners, investors, and insurance companies as needed.

Ideal for: designers, investors, general contractors, project managers

Protocol module

The Protocol Module digitizes traditional paper-based protocols, making it easy to create, complete, and sign them electronically on mobile devices — directly from the field.

It significantly reduces administrative workload by enabling:

  • The use of predefined protocol templates
  • Location-based selection via interactive maps
  • Task-type categorization (e.g. sampling for lab testing in road construction

This module streamlines on-site documentation, ensures consistency, and supports secure, real-time signing — helping teams save time and minimize errors.

Ideal for: designers, investors, general contractors, project managers

Scanning module

Module for storing and recording output data from industrial scanners (e.g. devices that display the unevenness of walls on a contour map – Leica scanner).

Users include: designers, investors, general contractors

Container module

Companies with construction container parks use it to track container logistics, but the module can also be used to register machinery.

Users include: investors, general contractors
