PlanDoc document management modules:

Review module

It allows for graphic-based comments (e.g. arrows, figures) and textual comments on the current design library drawings provided by the PlanDoc system. It helps with listing opinions, defining statuses, and searching among drawings with simple and intuitive functions. In a unique way, the review is automatically linked to the current draw list, thus helping the work of the approvers. It can be used as an attachment to the cooperation protocol by creating a report. Users: designers, design inspectors, technical inspectors

QR module

This module places the status of the plan on documents and plans downloaded from the PlanDoc system, so that the printed or opened plan shows which phase the given plan is in (e.g. only uploaded data provision, or already approved plan). A QR code is also added to the plan, which the technical inspector can immediately determine by scanning it on site with a phone whether the work is being carried out according to the latest plan. Users: main contractors, general contractors, contractors, technical inspectors

Content search module

This module allows you to search for text and keywords in uploaded documents. Using the module greatly simplifies inspection processes, as the competent employee working on site can search for material quality designations, special plans, descriptions, and documents related to tools and equipment.
